Simple Windows Phone 7 Vocabulary app

Hello, To begin, I'd like to mention that I am an experienced developer fluent in applications development and mobile. My understanding allows me to be a clear and accurate project manager. No need to worry about miscommunications. So I need a simple vocabulary app done for Phone 7. I have an excellent app for iPhone and Android already out. The GUI and flow will be very similar. This means that requirements are clear. You can see the work in my past projects to get an idea of price. I will send a link to the apps once contacted. The app involves shuffling words, quiz modes, search, and storing favorites so a "sqlite" is required. All elementary functionalities for any platform. Since Phone 7 is relatively new, I will consider any levels of expertise if I feel that you are a good fit. Note: If this proves successful, I guarantee more projects.
