mysql: move all data from database 1 to database 2 (and modify database 2 slightly)

I have 2 mysql database. I need to move all data from database1 to database2 with the following conditions:-
However both database have slightly different tables and some tables in database 2 have different fields than compared to database 1.
What you need to do as follows:-
Step 1:-
1) Make a list of all the differences between Database 1 and Database 2 in terms of tables and in terms of fields in each table. You need to let us know what tables are missing in database 1, database 2, and any fields within each table of database 1 or database 2 that does not match together properly
Once you have made this list, send this to us, so that we can let you know how best to modify Database 2
2) Then move all the data from Database 1 to Database 2.
The database are not very big (there are about 50-70 tables, and less than 80-90mb data all together). It is very simple project that can be easily done, but I dont have time to go over this and I need this done fast. If you can do this (step 1 within few hours of me giving you the project and then step 2: within few hours again) make your best bid price
