Modify a little Python scraper to run as a CGI, grab more information and store it into a Mysql db

I have a little (40 lines) scraper, it grabs information from a dynamic generated page (javascript) using selenium. I need to modify it to : 1) To be executed as a CGI receiving 2 parameters (usercode and the url to be visited) and produce an xtml output 2) To grab more information from the page already scraped; 3) To store all the information grabbed into a myslq table; I´m a perl guy, this is an easy job in perl the thing is I don´t want to learn python just to do it...
