Hello. I am about to develop a database server and want to interface it with the GSM SIM. The purpose is to receive the SMS and to save different parts of the received SMS text in the database. After initial processing, another text has to be picked up from the database (desktop PC) and the SMS reply is required to be sent to the same SIM (from where the text was received). Moreover, I also need to take some data from the database and required to multicast it to other recipients (via SMS). Kindly let me know if anyone has done the similar task before? If yes, kindly send me the details of the previous similar work and I'll have to decide the amendments by the same freelancer according to my needs.

we worked on simillar project before but with gsm modem when we have multiple sim. we developped a server for topup operations and sms server for double authentication process. our app based on java and oracle database. the general process is 1 parse the sms for extracting different parts according to predefined format 2 save the contenet of different part in the database with receiving sim and sender's full number 3 respond via receiving sim to the senders and save the response in database for tracing matters technical needs: java , oracle or mysql the content of database we need table for ReceivedSms(id,sim, phonenumber, sms, receptiondate, state) respnseSmstable(id,idReceivedSms,responseContent, responseDate) state is to define wether the received sms was responded to or not
