Create an installer using Nullsoft NSIS for custom program with MySQL automatic setup

I need a Nullsoft NSIS expert to create an installer that will package and automatically install my application with the following dependencies on Windows PC with minimal steps for a novice user: 1. Check if Visual Studio C++ Redistributable 2012 (VSU_4\[login to view URL]) is installed on the PC, otherwise, automatically download and install 2. Check and install MySQL 5.6 version (supports 32 & 64 bits, online download version) : [login to view URL] 3. Prompt the user to choose a database name, database pass and database user for a new database which will be created by the installer. The MySQL must be installed as service on windows with automatic start. 4.
