Scrape data from websites into relational database

I would like to have specific data scraped from two websites. I would like that data put into a relation MySQL database. One site I have had some success using PERL and HTML::TableExtract and the other is a flash website. I would like the data scrape and entry in to database automated. Website 1: provides results into 8 area, within each of those areas this is a list of events of which I want the results for the past month. the list is continually updated: - today the list is for the period from 21 September to 21 October, tomorrow it will be from 22 September to 22 October and so on. Website 2; provides additional information relating to the results I am after. There are a few other minor details which will be provided to the successful bidder, such as data to be excluded, and modification to a string.
