I need to Write an app that has similar concept to freelancer but aimed to hire personal [login to view URL] user loggs in either as a assistant or client,the client Will see profiles of personal assistants and can chose to hire by hours or the whole day. The client needs to verify a payment method for the tasks requested e.g find a ticket Madrid-Valencia and to be charged the [login to view URL] assistant Will send the client an invoice with both his fees and the fees for the task and Will be deducted from his account and sent to the assistant account in order to Pay for the price of the task(Rent a car).Comission Will be deducted from both employer and assistant upon job aceptance. -membership for assistants/clients/companies -chat with file sharing/take picture -invite friends like facebook friends inviter -rating system for assistants -profiles both client and assistant -ID verification system -Phone verification system -LinkedIn profile link/Facebook link account -Notification system -promote profiles The website can be built from modifying a wordpress freelancer theme or built from scratch Please bid final price
