i need an android app

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I have 3 devices/apps that I want to integrate them to one app instead of the 4 apps am using separately for each single one of them. I want Tuya, Broadlink, Sonoff merged in one app. 1. One app that connects Broadlink, Tuya, and Sonoff. 2. I want to add and delete devices from the app. 3. I want them to function together For example, I can make a scene that turns for example the TV through broadlink and lights through Tuya and such. 4. I want it to work through 4G I want to create a geo location as well. For example, when I reach some where it turns om the AC through Broadlink. 5. Random things I want to happen when I leave me home after a giving time like for example 6 o'clock 6. Can turn on/off and other command through Google Home/Assistant. 7. The Ability to create an account for every person. So people can register their email and pass and add devices. Just like Broadlink and Tuya, and Sonoff app. (Let me jnow of it is complicated too much. We might work a different thing) 8. Timer with morning and down adjust as well 9.
