Guide for Matrix Server Installation

Hello, I am looking for a developer to make me a guide to install the MATRIX Synapse server to use the android and iOS clients called RIOT. (formerly Vector) Matrix: [login to view URL] Riot: iOS: [login to view URL] Android: [login to view URL] What I want exactly is really a complete installation guide on a local server (preferably Ubuntu) with the complete configuration of the server. Also the setting for using the Audio / Video Calls functions. All the tutorials I could find on the internet have not been a great help!
