Fix 3 small Android bugs

I have an Android app that requires 3 bugs fixed. The app is almost ready for production but there are some minor issues that need addressing. I expect no more than a few hours work to fix these issues. ================================================== Here is a summary of the issues that need fixing: SOMETIMES THE MENU SHOWS NO STATIONS OR STATION QUALITY OPTIONS On occassions, the slide out menu is not showing any available stations or station quality options such as HD and SD. Please make sure that whenever a user uses the app, there are always station available and station quality options in the slide out menu. ON FIRST APP LOAD, THE AUDIO IS NOT PLAYING STRAIGHT AWAY When the app is first installed, and on first load, the audio is paused. The default station should be National, and the default station quality should be set to HD. The audio should automatically start playing. At the moment, the audio is paused when the app first loads after being installed, then the only way you can start playing the audio is if you change the station in the menu first. It seems like the variable for the stream URL is not updated unless you update the selected station first. Can I have it so that on first app load after install the default station is set to National, and the default quality is set to HD, and it starts playing the audio stream automatically. PAUSE THE AUDIO STREAM IF HEADPHONES ARE UNPLUGGED If the user has headphones plugged into the Android device, and they unplug them, the audio keeps playing. The problem with this is that it may be set to a loud volume. Please make it so that if a user pulls out there headphones the audio stream is automatically paused, and the pause button in the top right, and on the listen screen changes to a play button. ================================================== Source code will be supplied upon acceptance of the project.
