I would like to create a simple Android and IOS app with sync/offline fetures that is data centric and driven based on the data/ information created and stored on the database through an online admin portal which would be use to control the entire mobile app. Also the app would have forum, news, chat features that would also be needed to be added to the admin website and portal.
