Creating an iphone app

A mobile app similar to Instagram that is aimed at allowing users to snap a photo of a dish, tag with dish name and restaurant name and post his/her ratings of the dish as well as other feedback. User creates his own profile. User takes a picture of a dish, applies filter. User tags it with dish name, suggested prompts of restaurant name based on geolocation (simple stuff like Instagram) (no free text entry) User then gives the dish rating of ‘Will Try Again’ OR ‘Not Coming Back’, Or maybe 1 to 5 stars? User then gives ‘Feedback’ for each dish (small free text entry) The picture is then posted on a feed, (once again not too dissimilar to Instagram) Pictures with the same dish name in the same restaurant will be grouped together when user goes into the restaurant page. In the restaurant page, the highest rated dishes (ie dishes with highest rated aggregate stars like [login to view URL]) will come up first. So for example, all pictures tagged with curry noodles from Restaurant XYZ will be grouped together and if together curry noodles receive the highest aggregated star ratings by all the reviewers that reviewed curry noodles, then it will be highest on top. You can then go into the “curry noodles” page and view all pics tagged with that. Any guidance will be much appreciated. The feed is being posted to 1 location.
