Hi , all users and login can be saved on the phone or tablet you will be using in the system , i can use different user types and based on the user type there will be different records in database, System will keep them signed in based on the info they provided and like you want , next time i suggest if the same visitor comes he just need to fill his birth year and name and if we find a match we just ask for room number .
