Android and iOS Game in Unity 3D

I need someone to build a game for me on Unity 3D. The game should be available for both Android and iOS. The game is supposed to be like this: A 3D ball jumping constantly over obstacles, but in order for the ball to jump, the player needs to drag the ball to the red area in the ground, if the player misses the red area, the ball will hit the obstacle and the player loses. Main Menu 1) Balls This is where the player gets to choose the ball to play with. Besides the default ball, there should be a lot of balls divided in categories: 1) Regular (These balls can be purchased with default currency (Diamonds)) 2) Rare (These balls can also be purchased with default currency Diamonds) 3) Premium (These balls can be in-app purchased with real money) 2) Leaderboard Leaderboard for Android and iOS 3) Play Simple play button which starts the Game Scene 4) Share Allows players to share the game on Social Networks and Messaging Apps 5) Settings The settings page with options to: Restore Purchases, Remove Ads (for $1.99), Turn Sounds On and Off, Rate the App, Like our Facebook Page, Follow our Twitter, Follow our Instagram, Subscribe to our Youtube Channel IMPORTANT: Also in the main menu, there should be the name of the game, under the name should be the Best Score of the player, and on the top right corner should be how many Diamonds the player has. 2. After the player hits the obstacle and loses, at the top it should show the Score they got, and under their score it should show the Best Score they got overall. Under that it should show 2 buttons: 1) Unlock New Ball (If the player has 1000 or more Diamonds overall, they should be able to press this button and it should unlock a new random ball from Regular or Rare balls. If the player has less than 1000 Diamonds, the button should be Gray and not able to press. 2) Free Present (This button should be available to press every 1 hour, when pressed it will give the player free random 100 to 300 diamonds. After they press it, they should not be able to press it for another 1 hour) And then at the bottom it should show the menu buttons (Balls, Leaderboard, Play, Share, Settings) The game should have Admob interstitial and Admob Bottom Banner.
