Android File upload work for very simple task

File upload from android device using soap(asmx) web service. file will be any file pdf,txt,word,jpg,png etc. you need to do using Htttp for pass uploaded file data byte. first you pick file and convert into byte array and pass to services. if you are experiences with soap service (asmx) with fileupload then bid for this project. don't waste my time if you are not experience for required task. i consider only bid rate. I need to complete in to 1 hour only, don't ask for more time .
