Very simple Android app. Load a list, show one entry at a time. 5 buttons total.

I need an Android app created. It does not need to be anything fancy. A load button that loads a local csv. file with 3 values per entry. A function that creates a temporary version of the list that can be manipulated without [login to view URL] the original file and then shuffles the temporary list. A textview that shows the first EntryA. A button that, when pressed reveals EntryB. Another button that, when pressed reveals EntryC. Two buttons underneath. One that puts the entry back in the bottom of the list and then loads the next entry. Another that removes the entry from the list and loads the next entry.
