Build a Mobile Android HCE Payment (Demo) App

I'd like you to create an Android Mobile Wallet Demo application. The purpose of the app is to: - allow addition of an NFC-enabled credit card (or other NFC card, like transport cards) - add an NFC card via tap with review/confirmation - display the current set of cards - allow card removal - transaction history per-card - and crucially allow for NFC-enabled payment at real terminals - must display a confirmation modal after payment that look very much like: [login to view URL] (receipt and Done button on right hand image) - must work on Android 7/8/9 (Nougat, Oreo, Pie) - if possible, should use finger-print reader (or other biometrics face-scan etc) if there are present on the device I repeat, the app must be able to copy an NFC card and payment real payments at real terminals. There are tons of examples and open-source HCE apps to use as a base. No external API connectivity is required. This app is to only use HCE (host card emulation) features in Android. As this is a demo app, you can use any of the many Android HCE samples, any open-source code for the app basis. The app should allow a user to "sign-up", dummied to accept and remember any user details and password locally on the device (uninstalling would obviously remove all settings, user details, cards and transaction history). Any locally stored data must be encrypted. Adding a card will display a new card on screen, you'll need to obtain images for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major card brands to place on cards. The UI should look like and use the design language of the following: [login to view URL] (High-Res: [login to view URL]) As this is a dummy app (that uses HCE to make real payments), if you perform well, then you could the production version work to be also given to you - bear this in mind in your bid. Finally, solo developers are welcome if you can convince me you make create such a UI as above. I expect an .apk to be delivered every couple of days so that I can track process and give feedback. You will need to use a cloud-based version control system I supply and make daily or bi-daily check-ins. There is a high-degree of flexibility in development (I am a developer myself). I'm told that this should take about two weeks. Please attach images or URLs of previous apps that would be relevant and apps where the UI can match the requirements. This is an immediate start. Finally, since this is a demo/prototype you could be offered the full, production app development if this demo is of really good quality. Keep this in mind when submitting a bid. There is no back-end, no comms or API calls. Everything needs to be in-app, stored on-device only.
