We need to create an App/Library to load an image and mark coordinates in the image relative to the image size. image could be zoomed in/out. but the marker should be at the location based on image size. -user should be able to use a on screen d-pad/joypad to move the cursor and mark. -same location cannot be marked twice. -based on input (required no of markers) users should be able to add markers. once completed the coordinates should be passed back via an array. -user should be able to remove a selected marker too. (via a list or popup is fine too). - Source code is required. - Follow best practices when coding. Basically we need to simulate the functionality at BOTB.com. please refer that before bidding.
