I am looking for a simple windows form app for creating a visual basic .net front end for an access database. The database is a static database and so we don’t need the option for data entry. The access database has two queries. One called Training_Q which shows the employees and the classes they attended and the second one called Pay_Q which shows the payment involved in those sessions. The database contains employee name, employee number training number training description etc. During one training visit the employee will get a training id. The employee can attend more than one training in one training visit . So we should be able to search by the first name( or part of the first name) last name (or part of the last name ) or employee number or training id and the search output should show all employees meeting that search criteria in a grid view. If we double click on one of the entries it should show all the details of that employee training session . We will need the full source code for it. Prefer to have the application done in vb.net without any additional controls. But if you use any control, we will need the control as well for making changes in the future internally. It should also include a login screen for the users to get access to the application.
