I reviewed your files and I can think of 2 types of problem:
1. Code 3 functions, each for one of the 3 models (Dahl, LuGre, Maxwell), and then code a script to compare the graphs of each method with the experimental data you provided.
2. Code 3 functions, each for one of the 3 models (Dahl, LuGre, Maxwell), to find their parameter using the experimental data you provided, and then code a script to superimpose the graphs of each model with the experimental data you provided.
If you are looking for type 1, then you should provide the values of all parameters in the equations, and initial/boundary condition for Dhal model, N and f(v) for Maxwell model,...
If you are looking for type 2, then you should provide the connection between the columns of the excel file and parameter in the equations and again you should provide N and f(v) for Maxwell model, probably initial/boundary condition for Dhal model,...
