I hope you are doing well and safe. 1- Understanding of the Project: You need an HVAC Engineer to design your dwelling which is compromise from 1 existing and 2 new buildings. You need to have the load calculation based on the location, orientation, internal and external load, duct design according to your preference (Ducted, Non Ducted) and a final equipment schedule showing the equipment to be purchased. 2- My Background: I am a Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years experience in HVAC Design. I am currently working as a full time freelancer for client in Australia, Canada, US and the Gulf. I am now working in a project in Adelaide, it is requested from me to do the Heat Load Calculation. I have a great background in external partition and windows used in Australia and the AS1288 Regulation for Glazing and the R Value provided for the insulation in Australia. 3- Deliverables: - Heat Load Calculation using HAP Software, including Wall, Glazing, Roof, Ceiling U Value Calculation. - Selection of Equipment based on your preferred supplier (for Example: Samsung or Fujitsu, etc.) - Duct Design based on your preference and Code Standards for maximum Velocity, selection of outlets based on the ceiling provided. - Bill of Materials for all system including Duct Insulation, Supports, Air Outlets, Equipment and labor productivity rate in order to estimate the cost (I can also contact suppliers from Australia to get the material).
