Hello Sir, Greetings I am a postgraduate Mechanical CAD/CAM engineer with high proficiency in 3D CAD modelling(Autodesk Inventor) and Finite Element Analysis(Ansys Workbench). For all material properties and related things of strength you can rely on me as I can use my FEA knowledge as well as material science knowledge I have got 3 years of experience with this tools. I have been using this skills of mine in my own projects too. I share a working experience with Magna Cosma, ISRO-SAC and as Mahindra-BAJA. Hi, I am exceptionally good in linkage analysis and kinematics. I can clearly predict motion of any complex gear/linkage configuration. I can even derive analytical equations explaining what will be the output speed/torque for a particular input speed/torque. If needed, I can suggest you design modifications also. Hi, I am major in product design and also have knowledge in plastic component design - even wall thickness, plastic feature - rub reinforcement and other features. I can do some research on the material of hair dryer - most likely ABS plastic, you can apply the similar material like philips' or panasonic's hair dryer. There is the most common, some other part they may use polycrabonate - the translucent component. Please feel free to ask, we can both learn together. Thanks.
