Weekly graphic, embedded hyperlinks newsletter emails

We need someone proficient with creating email with pictures, words, graphics including but not limited to embedded hyperlinks for our website newsletter emails. We will need 3 emails per week 12 emails per month. After creating the email it will be forwarded to us for review and we will make any comments for revisions. When complete we should be able to copy the info and past it into out emails so we can send it to clients. Also we attached a file with a sample email; please review there will also be embedded hyperlinks. Payment will be made as follows: 20% after the first 3 emails are completed 50% after total of 5 emails are completed 75% after total of 8 emails are completed Final payments after 12 emails are completed and project is complete.
