Our current sales format of selling shears, is for the Sales representatives to visit the salons and sell the most stylish yet comfortable and robust shears on the market at wholesale prices, this is great for Victorian based hairdressers, but ultimately we would like to offer the rest of Australia and maybe the world this amazing scissor range. The successful Candidates first job is to research the Hairdressers in a certain region for Lead management, Research Mining, CRM, email marketing, sms Marketing, Calendar management and Facebook Adds, Your initial goal is to fill The Owner of ShearGenius “Matt Grumley” calendar with 30 appointments per week of mostly current and some potential new salons.
