Now for doing these this a detailed Job description has to be prepared in order to get the right fit. From your profile we understand that you are in Belarus we need more clarity. In our opinion for a role such as this the salary offered must be any where between US$ 80,000 to US$100,000 CTC per year. Our standard rate for Executive Search assignments is 20% of the annual CTC. Therefore in case the annual CTC is US$80,000 the fee may be US$16,000/=. However, we are willing to work with you on a fixed fee basis of US$ 3000 and would require US$ 750 as advance.
