Our Mac OS client app is crashing on some Macs (but not all) due to a conflict with OpenGL. We need your help to fix it. We think this problem may be solved in a few hours or a few days. If you are interested in virtual reality, gaming, 3D modeling, this project is for you. High Fidelity shifted to a different direction last year leaving behind the original platform, so our community resumed that open source project which is now [login to view URL] We have community members from Europe, Asia and North America. This particular project is for a client organization who are hosting a live virtual event in their virtual world which we created on the Vircadia platform. It is being implemented by members of the Vircadia community. Although we are using a separate corporate entity to handle administration: client agreement, payments, insurance and so on. Hi Steve I am a macOS system developer. I have worked quite a lot with OpenGL in the past (mainly raw C++ development of demos and physical process simulation/modeling apps), however never with VR. This sounds like an interesting experience to try. My understanding is that the crashes happen on specific Apple hardware? Or is it random? It very well may be an issue with Apple's implementation, as Apple had fully moved to Metal some time ago and since then OpenGL support has not been given much attention. Can you elaborate on what conflict do you suspect, how and at what point does the crash happen, and perhaps share a stack trace if you have any? Yuri
