Magento optimization expert for server level optimization (Varnish, REDIS, PHP-FPM etc.)

One Magento webshop to optimize. If it works with good result 2-3 more will require optimizing according to the same principles. Need an experienced pro who has set up these kind of solutions many times before. He will be assisted by our Magento developers + Server administrator for everything he needs. We will be assisted with all code changes needed, help to solve issues when they arise on different levels etc. All Magento extensions needed will be installed by us. Server will be configured as is requested. The work here is to configure the modules (inside Magento backend) and configure the configurations files on the server level and then verify it works.
