linux based system fix

Hello, I noticed your profile and would liketo know if you can qive me a quote on the below project. I have a Alcatel Go Flip 4044W T-Mobile There are a couple of things I would like programmed onto this phone that for whatever reason does not come programmed on the phone. According to T-Mobile site KaiOS is installed on Alcatel Go Flip 4044W T-Mobile. KaiOS is a linux based operating system. I would like the following features to be programed on the phone: I would like the ability to access the main menu while on a call, currently this can’t be done. Sometimes I would like to text while on a call and this cant be done unless I can access the main menu. I would like to have all internet browsers disabled. I do not mind if the phone pulls from the internet, but I do not want to be able to access any browsers. I would like the tethering fiction to be disabled as well. Do you think you would be able to do this? What I am imagining is that you would make some touchups / additions to the phones firmware and I would flash it to the phone (As I said above putting the phone into boatload / developer mode is not very hard and I have flashed other androids, most recently my Samsung S8+ from Verizon to T-Mobile firmware, so I think I know what I am doing).
