Iptables transparent proxy

I have a CentOS 7.6 machine with firewalld disabled and iptables installed. I am running MITMPROXY in transparent mode on port 7888 I need you to create iptables settings/rules to redirect ALL local SSL traffic on port 443 to MITMPROXY port 7888 on the "same machine". For example, if I run "$ wget [login to view URL]" it should be redirected to MITMPROXY and then to the original destination. The above command should fail due to invalid certificate, however, should work if we use "$ wget --no-check-certificate [login to view URL]". (It should effect every single program, not just wget) BONUS JOB: If possible need a rule to skip certain IPs, for example, i dont want [login to view URL] to go through MITMPROXY. After applying the rule, "$ wget [login to view URL]" will not go through MITMPROXY but all other requests will. You don't need to login my machine, you just need to give me the rules to accomplish the task. I need to to demonstrate with screenshot or something to show it is working on your test environment before i will award project.
