I have a resident permit in germany and I was in Italy to visit a friend and I stay over 10 month because I had in problem there with italy and I was charge a house Arrest for 10 month and i came back to germany now . The foreign office said i stayed more than 6 month outside germany , So i have problem to renew my resident permit ..i have just 6 days to appeal this case or I can be deported. I have a child here with a Germany woman and also right for my child.. I need a lawyer urgently. Thanks
