Social Media Marketing Manager

• Growth of “Likes”, “Followers” – reach, engagement plus leads and sales. • Creation of solid content strategy. • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog). Communicate the brand voice – curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Compile report for management showing results (ROI). Become an advocate for the team in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Desired Experience and Skills Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience through channels like FB advertising, LinkedIn and Twitter Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and industry best practices. Quantitative and analytically strong. Able to track and report on marketing effectiveness and create numbers based marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work customer backwards. Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side – to demonstrate why the ideas are analytically sound.
