Maintenance task in Expense module: Employee apply for an expense which will be approved by Line Manager and this approval should be cross verified by the Admin Line Manager required to get an email as notification mentioned as "Please approve the expense" When Line Manager approved the expense which entered by the employee, the main administrator need to get an email as notification to cross verify that expense and also need to approve through the module.
