Joomla Migration from 2.5 to current

I am looking for a price for a joomla site migration from 2.5 to current release that has the following features: It is currently on 2.5 and has the following main components • PHPBB3 forum linked with jfusion – component and forum have not been updated ina while • Virtuemart (currently closed due to covid situation) • breezing forms (we use this a lot for resource requests and enquiries. IIt’s a much needed updated to this that is forcing the site upgrade to the fore) • about a 1000 articles , about 30K users although a lot will be spam or defunct registrations. I am looking for a price and some references of previous sites or work that you have carried out. And in particular migrations from 2.5 to a current release of joomla. We can possibly disable certain parts of the site if they are show stoppers but we need to be able to keep the main content of the site and the breezing forms working. We would like to have them all working after the main site is upgraded but if they slow the upgrade then we can take them as a stage 2 item. Would like to have Virtuemart (or other shop) after main site upgrade. Would also like to have phpbb3 upgraded as well and linking with joomla. But the priority is to have main functions of the website up and running and the BreezingForm forms available for use. We do not have an issue with changing the template to something else that is supported on joomla 3 and we are comfortable with getting some basic calls to actions in place on the front site and having it functional as a first step. Some other info is that the site is on a Cpanel host so can be backed up from that and we would be considering sooner or later to move this to a new host. Possible ongoing support relationship if things progress well.
