Slice an AI file to HTML/CSS

I have a single AI file that I need to have sliced into HTML and CSS (JS if applicable). If we are satisfied with the results, we then have roughly 12 other AI files, which represent different screens/interfaces of this web-based application. I do have a need for it to be somewhat responsive, but only because the web interface will have to fit neatly in a .NET based Windows program that has a screen pop-up with built in web browser. When a customer calls in, and the caller ID recognizes who that customer is when it matches their phone number in their customer CMS, the screen popup will happen immediately. The built-in browser of the screen popup has no toolbars, navigation abilities, etc. The only navigation will be internal menu/links in the web app. Up to three popup windows can fit horizontally on a screen (Windows only, but different resolution considerations). [login to view URL] (AI file uploaded to be sliced) is sized as a result of me reducing the height and width about 55% from the AI file we received from the designer (both the canvas and artwork inside the canvas size were reduced). The artwork is the size of the screen popup window. There are certain things we'll want as hover over text to show up throughout the app, in order to make good use of space. For the customer front page (attached AI file), hovering over the stars will show the text of that customer's most recent review from Google, Facebook or Yelp. The +/- for Tasks, Other, and Other should obviously expand and contract. Backend code will determine how many items for each section and labels for tasks, other, other, etc. will be dynamically named. The Green box for "TASK ONE" is supposed to be something that can be clicked to show the task complete. With clean HTML/CSS/JS, I can make some modifications for different industries, but anything significant we'll go back to the designer and need new designs sliced. This will be ongoing indefinitely. I've also attached several static png files showing other examples of screens. The menu items at the bottom of the AI file will be consistent through all screens.
