I have already worked on a module similar to this for one of my bank client,in which they can upload file using Angular js. Since i am starting my first bid,i will try to give my 100 % to it. I am just starting with freelance so you can give chance & it's promise that you won't regret it. Upload functionality that i have worked is having single/mulitple file upload & can be customised based on the requirement. It's already having check of valid file format(depends on requirement),max file size,max no of files that can be uploaded at once. Some more features can be added if required by you.
