From my understaning you need the development of a React.js SPA with the following screens -Main page(with info etc, more info will follow) -Download page -Top bar with possibility to login/register(redirect to oauth) -Actual menu bar(different from the top bar) that integrates with you ASP.NET Rest API. From the side of React.js we would handle the presentation of the data retorned from the API. Mantain the application state using Redux and handle the routing using React Routing.
