I have a live website but the results are not exactly right. I need someone who has working knowledge of CSS3 and cross browser experience (IE8/9+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) to fix 4 templates: home page, category page, product detail page and shopping cart. You just need to fix 1 of each template, not the entire site. Basically, they all should have a gray background, white central area with ROUNDED CORNERS and BOX SHADOW, and the elements should not shift. Some pages uses other DHTML, JS, CSS3 that may affect your new code. I cannot seem to get them straightened out.
Currently IE8 browser view of the Shopping Cart page seem to show the best results despite some elements shifting, so you can use the view of this page in IE8 as a starting point for this project. In Firefox, the “click here for larger pic” does not work well in the product detail page, it used to work before I put in PIE.
Shopping Cart has a slightly different code than the other 3 because it is hosted on Yahoo Merchant Solutions, where Yahoo adds their own code.
In summary, all browsers should have the same look, have rounded corners & box shadow as in live site view on IE8. I tried [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and that may have affected Firefox.
PMB me your suggestions (using background image, or all CSS/HTML5 or js, etc). I want a fast loading time and as much a clean code as possible. Must prove your finished .html pages work the same in IE8, IE9 and above, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Most of my visitors use IE9, then next is IE8, so these 2 are the highest priority.
Links for reference, can download and use as a template (DO NOT distribute code):
Home Page: [login to view URL]
Category Page: [login to view URL] (mouse over a link should show a thumbnail)
Product Details: [login to view URL] (click on link for larger pic should work)
Shopping Cart: [login to view URL]
Thanks in advance.
