Joomla/CSS/JAVA/Virtuemart Cosmetic Hacking Assistance

I am searching for someone(s) fluent in hacking joomla/virtuemart pages to do things they normally won't do. My current website designer has found several of these tasks outside of his current capabilities. I am looking for a quick turnaround. Several finnicky things are needed which ill do my best to explain the jist of; - Drop down -product attribute- menus on flypages need to be custom styled in their cosmetic appearance to match website theme while retaining their VirtueMart functionality/compatability. - A horizontal product showcase slider/scroller area that I recall is done in javascript with some compatability with joomla/virtuemart modules needs to have -product attribute- menus (like mentioned above) hacked into its appearance module while retaining VirtueMart functionality/compatability in those menus. These menus also need to retain the same horizontal product slider/scroller javascript effect applied when the overall areas scroll buttons are clicked. - A virtuemart -Product Categories- menu with expandable micro-menus (2nd level/tier menus) needs to be hacked to refuse the micro-menu options from linking to virtuemart "sub-category" pages and instead link directly to individual product pages found in its parent-menu option (the parent-menu itself linking to a VM category page of its micro-menu options when clicked instead of expanded). The applicant should be well versed in both shopping cart integration (ideally VirtueMart) as well as the cosmetic side of things involving CSS/javascript and seamlessly merging the two together without breaking anything. Serious bids only by seriously capable people who understand the importance of the cosmetic appearance of the finished work (perfectionists).
