Ultracart changes ongoing maitenance

I need a programmer to make changes to my checkout page and will be needed for ongoing maintenance and future changes and projects. the page and the checkout is already integrated just need some changes made. programmers needs to be familiar with javascript and AJAX Whats needed right now need my custom checkout page merged with the ultra cart page basically called "immediatefinalize"So the buyes doesnt have to see 2 checkout pages here is the checkout [login to view URL] the cvs code also needs to be linked with the ultracart checkout
