Custom jQuery auto-complete script

I need a custom jQuery auto-complete plugin that will do the following: a) Populate the auto-complete list based on a json feed from a custom WordPress plugin. b) Save each entry in a tag-like fashion (see mockup). c) Display a thumbnail along with the name for each entry. d) Support partial matching (see mockup). e) Must be responsive for iPhone and Android. f) Support different iterations. In this case it means allowing a user to type an email, a name or a username and see the same person in the auto-complete. All three are provided for in the json feed. g) Provide a method for external adding, removing or reading of names/id numbers in the list (like Chosen). h) Code needs to be well-formed, follow standards and support 95% of browsers on market. Quality is important here. We will provide an svn and a test site for which you will work from. This is so you can always have the latest version of our data supplier plugin. Three milestones will be created as you progress through the plugin. Each milestone is 1/3 of the project and priced the same. Final milestone is released pending any reasonable bug fixes.
