I need help an athlete training app, that is a single page as follows: training (session date/time) - default today/now pick one from levels 1-5 (training intensity) select (training duration) in minutes (from number keypad) an upload/save button (to PHP site with mySQL database behind) there should be a settings page as follows: username/password logon saved (to PHP site with mySQL database behind) push reminder time preference default to midday (on-app) option to cease reminders (to PHP site with mySQL database behind) a contact support number in case of issues (direct number call)
