My company runs in-person meetings. Covid threw that into a loop. Last season we went 100% virtual. This season, we're going to be hybrid, with those comfortable being in person in the hotel, and those not via Zoom. During a meeting people get into a queue to provide feedback to the person 'on the hot seat.' Traditionally this was done by just raising your hand and the facilitator made a note. Not so easy in a hybrid meeting environment. I'm interested in exploring if this can be done in time for our first meetings 2 months away. Please see conceptual wireframe attached. Some meeting details: - At any given meeting there will be 12-24 participants. - We could have as many as 4 different meetings running concurrently. - Meetings run for 3-days. So the Facilitators meeting ID needs to remain active until he closes/ends the meeting. This project also includes getting the app into Google Play and the App Store, and will be considered complete once it is live on both.
