Write an iPad application

Hello, I am looking at developing an app for my business to streamline a lot of the manual work and to also make it easier for the future. Current setup Step 1 - Client goes on [login to view URL] and signs up utilizing www.moonclerk.com. MoonClerk is a payment system where we charge a monthly subscription fee automatically and it is embedded on my site. I also utilize it gather data. These are the following questions: [login to view URL] Step 2 - I then take the answers to those questions and I manually input them into a system called mass planner. You can check out how it works by clicking below or I can show you how it works on an online meeting: [login to view URL] Goal Have the client sign up and have their account setup on mass planner automatically. I will also be employing sales people, so I would like for them to have an app installed on their tablets to be able to sign clients up. Since internet is not guaranteed, I would like for the app to save the information and for them to then send it once they are connected to a network. I would like to be able to integrate the app on my website so that everything is working as 1 system but it is ok if that is not possible due to MoonClerk. I have looked to see if there is any excel export I can run from moon clerk with the info I would need but unfortunately there is not. I would also like for everything to be driven through a CRM where the sales people would be able to enter in leads or look up companies that have been downloaded into the system. This way, I can track how many potential clients they have visited and who the client is. I would like to be able to continue developing the CRM side as all my ideas might be excessive for just starting out.
