1. Conduct internet research and provide summarized bulleted reports in Word for specific requests
a. A template can be created to better assist me in making these requests. I would need to know exactly what search criteria you would need to generate such a report
b. Topics for search will include:
i. Finding top 1 or 2 online vendors for items needed in Construction Projects
1. Examples: Kitchen cabinet hardware, light bulbs and fixtures, toilet bowls, door knobs
2. Goal is to find the lowest priced vendors to supply these items
ii. Searches using Zillow and Trulia on specific home sales made in various regions of the United States
1. Example: “Send me the top 5 most expensive houses of modern architecture style that sold in Charlottesvolle, VA in the last 12 months”
Immediate Next Steps:
1. Virtual assistance will spend first hour of paid time helping develop a Request Template that will allow Company to best communicate research needs. Goal is to provide virtual assistant a clear and actionable request, and to have full understanding of report needs and timelines

2. Virtual assistant will commit to 2 one hour training sessions (paid time) to review the Request Template with Company Team and to come to agreement about how the request process will work
3. Once the Request Template is finalized and the VA and Company are trained on the process, the Virtual assistant will be available for 2-4 hours a week of research time for requests. Expectation on turn around time for reports to be returned in 48 hours.
We expect this to be a long term position and would like someone willing to learn and grow with the company. There should be opportunity for increased hours of work after two or three months.
My wife is an interior designer for our company. She is tasked with buying products online for construction projects. She is too busy to conduct this research herself. We want to have someone find the best deals for us. She will then make the purchases and go from there.
