Overview: we is seeking a SEO/SEM Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This person will work with technology that supports real estate, technology platform, and fundraising website and crowdfunding business. The right candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and enjoys being a key contributor in an entrepreneurial environment. Superior search optimization skills, a proven track record of success, and a passion for delivering high-quality are crucial. What We'll Expect: As a search engine optimization specialist, you will be required to perform the following: • SEO optimization of affiliated websites, including optimizing current web page designs and working with the development team on projects that are being developed or planned. • Ability to create performance metric reports using Google Analytics • Assist the editorial team with content development • Ability to perform keyword research • Assist with current link building services and assist developing new strategies • Ability to multitask and keep tight deadlines • Knowledge in creating competitor analysis reports • Driving and improving traffic to our web properties using SEO/SEM best practices. • Keeping up to date on the latest SEO/SEM trends and changes What You'll Bring: Requirements: • Knowledge of SEO/SEM methods and best practices. • Ability to optimize various site elements, site structure, architecture, linking and content, and to ensure that new releases and enhancements meet SEO requirements • Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and overall flexibility • Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine • Experience with web analytics reporting Preferred Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords Keyword Planner • Basic knowledge of HTML • 2-4 years of writing experience (branded social posts, blogs and website content a plus) • 2-3 years of experience contributing to or managing SEO programs • Understanding of intermediate marketing principles • Proficiency in Photoshop a plus, but not required • Track record and ability to deliver real SEO results witch generates business.
