Get my site back in top 2 on most searches...expert in SEO needed!

Hello A few years ago my site (check the address in the attached) was number 1 in most searches in Denmark. I then changed shop-system to Prestashop and have since suffered on page 2 or 3 or even worse. I need my site back in the top searches on at least the most basic words for my branch. (Check attached for info) I need work as well as advice from an expert so that we can get back in the top. The site is operating on a [login to view URL] solution (ecommerce system). If you have experience with Prestashop its a big plus. I also need analytics and associated tools setup on the site.
