Social Media Integration: Automated System For Pushing Blog Posts to Fanpages, Linked In, Twitter, Wordpress.com, LiveJournal, Google plus, RSS)

I am looking for a freelancer who can integrate my social media platforms so that I can create a message (article or blog) and it will automatically post to Facebook, my fanpages, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Twitter, my Wordpress website, LiveJournal, Wordpress, Blogger. I currently have a Hootsuite account, but it's not configured yet. I am willing to use another tool that integrates various social media platforms.
