My organization is in the process of redesigning our website. In addition to design and navigation changes, we are also creating, editing, and eliminating written content for the site. Our current site is content heavy, and while some of it is completely outdated and will be deleted, a lot of it will need to be edited and/or re-written. We are looking for someone who can help us assess some of our existing content and work with us on the drafting of new content and the re-writing of existing content. One of the primary objectives of this content writing and re-writing is to improve our SEO performance, so we are looking for someone with a solid understanding of SEO strategy and familiar with Google's new Hummingbird algorithm. Other criteria for the writer we are looking for: -Extensive experience with internet marketing copy-writing and the ability to provide examples of published work -Preferably a resident of Minnesota -Experience writing about consulting services or the manufacturing industry strongly preferred.

Good afternoon! As you mentioned in your post, I am from the US, although not from Minnesota; I currently live in Ohio and am from Pennsylvania. I have a background writing, editing, and proofreading a variety of content, including web content, articles, and essays. Additionally, I have some knowledge of SEO (although, admittedly, am by no means an expert in it). Due to my limited knowledge, I would actually be able to do this project for less than $25 an hour, but I would bet you're looking for someone more knowledgeable. On the other hand, if you wanted someone to edit/re-write all of the content with some amount of SEO for like $15 an hour and then hired an expert SEO person to simply revise the content, you would still be paying about the same amount for quality work.
