I don't think you need to make too many analysis and need to make too many changes. It's just a simple reason behind that. 1. you might have been building too many links for your website on spammy sites. 2. You don't have original content. If you can show me your website url then i can tell you why it happened. Can you please reply me and discuss further on this issue.
