Social Media Expert

Hello. I need a social media marketing expert to setup and help me maintain all social media links at the bottom of my Ezymedia website. I currently have Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, but there are more. I am sure they could be better setup than what I have done and I just don't have the time to maintain these to truly benefit from their marketing power. Your bid should cover these three main sites and setting up social media site accounts for the other icon links. Proven track record in this area is essential, so please include in your bid a case example of something you did for a business and the results you got for them.
